The Albino, also known as Red Eye Wolf, is a hitman working for the Russian Alpha.

The Albino and his twin brother are ruthless, depraved, and sadistic killers. Their only loyalties are to each other and to the Alpha of the Russian Pack.
They use their shared appearance and similar scents to appear as one person who always seems to be in two places at once, in order to sow fear, paranoia, and confusion in those they target.
The Albino and his twin are consummate sadists, taking a despicable delight in killing and torturing others, and even forcing them into horrifying situations such as when they placed Elena in a state of excruciating pain from which she could only be freed if her own father Sasha pressed a button to kill her and spare her further suffering. They take a cruel pleasure in the pain they cause not only physically but mentally and emotionally.
